This 2" gate valve is designed for quick water shutoff in low-pressure lines. The quick-opening valve provides unrestricted flow for low-pressure water inlet and drain applications. In aquaponics, use them to couple or de-couple your fish and plant systems.

Plastic ball valves are used to regulate flow of water from a water pump or gravity fed systems. Connect sections of vinyl tubing to either side to control flow of water in low pressure systems. Pinch or hose clamps are recommended to fasten the tubing to the barb adapters. Barb x Barb valves are available in 1/2”, 3/4”, and 1” sizes.

Keep clay media out of your drains and stand pipes with our made-in-house locked in media guards! Strategically placed slits allow the flow of water to pass through into your drain while preventing solids from returning to and clogging your plumbing. Comes with two removeable stand pipes to adjust water levels. The Locked-in Media Guard is intended for constant flow systems and is not compatible with bell siphon-orientated systems.

Swing check valves allow for one-way horizontal flow of water. Water pressure passing through the valve opens the hinged disc inside. The disc swings shut once the flow stops, preventing a backflow from entering your filter or pump!
